Ag. Director, Nursing Services
Leads clinical nursing, nursing administration, community health and medical social work.
Dr. Allan Yienya
Ag. Director, Research & Training
Provides financial stewardship and administrative leadership for the hospital.
Mr. Evans Oloo
Ag. Director, Corporate Services
Leads strategic planning, partnerships and the hospital's Medicity transformation agenda.
JOOTRH is led by a Chief Executive Officer supported by a team of directors heading the key directorates of the hospital:
- Directorate of Clinical Services — Surgery, Medicine, Paediatrics, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Oncology, Radiology, Laboratory and Pharmacy.
- Directorate of Nursing Services — Clinical Nursing, Nursing Administration, Community Health and Medical Social Work.
- Directorate of Mental Health & Rehabilitation — Mental health, physiotherapy and rehabilitative services.
- Directorate of Administration & Finance — Human Resources, ICT & Records, Public Health, Finance & Accounts, Administration and Hospital Management.
- Directorate of Research & Training — Research, publications, training school, CPD and teaching programmes.
The executive team meets regularly to review performance, drive transformation and ensure the hospital meets the needs of the communities it serves.
